Mentoring provides an opportunity for a more mature Christian to invest in the life of a newer Christian by meeting with them at a time and place of their own choice. The duration of these relationships varies and can last from six to twelve months.
What is the purpose of mentoring?
The One-On-One Mentorship Program exists to introduce the basics of the Christian life to either a new Christian or a Christian who has never had this type of mentor relationship. The ultimate goal of the program is to develop the mentee to be a more mature, distinctively Christian, follower of Jesus Christ.
